Clicking Page 2/3/N on paginator of any list page with non-English language selected removes the language filter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://ruralindiaonline.org/authors/p-sainath/

2. Change Language to Urdu (page will show Urdu content)

3. Click on 2 or any other page

4. Page is shown in English! (i.e. language filter is removed)
