CMIP7 Fortran examples

There should be Fortran examples for writing CMIP7 data.

@YanchunHe just tagging you here. We need to understand this use case a little better, there are very few Fortran API users that were identified in our https://wcrp-cmip.org/cmor-survey/

Likely we have missed the survey anyhow.

We have been using the Fortran API of CMOR for the CMIP5 and CMIP6 for all NorESM families (NorESM1-ME, NorESM2-LM, NorESM2-MM, NorESM1-F, NorCPM, etc). Most of the development and recipes are managed at https://github.com/NorESMhub/noresm2cmor

We also decided to continue using the Fortran API for CMIP7 data production.

I hope it won't take too much effort to make the library fully FORTRAN API compatible ?
