Problem
Translucent green rectangle on the bottom right corner when scene or floor become somewhat dark.

Reproduction Steps

Play the game until the mission Flatline. Go inside the rehab house. Some floor will trigger the translucent green rectangle on the bottom right corner.

Expected Behavior

That translucent green rectangle should not be visible to the player.
