[BUG]: Hardware Renderer Fixes for Technictix and Technic Beat #14388

Describe the Bug

On both of these games, there's a few graphical errors that appear on the CRT stage and some mode selection screens. These problems can be fixed by changing one of the hardware renderer fixes manually and then losing once in any stage.

The changes made are the following:

  • Texture Inside RT: Merge Targets
    Both this and losing once is necessary for the effect to show properly.

My request is to have both this hardware renderer settings applied automatically for the two games.
Apologies if this isn't the right place for this request, i was unsure of where to ask for this change and i figured this made the most sense.

Reproduction Steps

Play the game with the automatic Hardware Renderer settings.

Expected Behavior

Not needing to manually change the Hardware Renderer Fixes.
