Describe the Bug
When running Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike (Japan) with the software renderer and default settings, a small block/artifact appears on the left side of the screen when the character reaches the edge of the stage/screen.
The issue does not happen when using the hardware renderer at 1x.
I did not test higher upscale settings because it's broken with this game.
Reproduction Steps
- Launch Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike (Japan).
- Use the software renderer.
- Go to training mode and select Ryu as the second player. The artifacts don't appear on every character so stick with Ryu.
- Move him to the left edge of the screen/stage, you sometimes need to hit him for the bug to appear.
- Observe the small block/artifact appearing on the left side.
I've also attached save states at the exact moment it appears : sstates.zip
Expected Behavior
No visual artifact should appear on the left side of the screen.
