Describe the Bug

PCSX2 Version:
v2.3.275 (broken) / v2.3.274 (working)

In Berserk: Millennium Falcon Hen Seima Senki no Shou, enabling "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes" causes the entire HUD to disappear — health bar, weapons, and magic indicators are missing from the very first fight (against the Snowman) and remain absent throughout. Tested up to the fight against Zodd.
Last working version:
v2.3.274 — with the option enabled, HUD and graphics work correctly.

Additional Notes:

With the option disabled, the HUD returns but the Tree of Evil has broken textures. Both issues only work correctly simultaneously in v2.3.274.
The bug occurs regardless of whether original game textures or HD replacement textures are used — confirming the issue is exclusively caused by the Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes option.

Load Berserk (CRC: 9685E636)
Enable "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes" in Graphics → Rendering
Start the game — HUD is missing from the first fight onward

Expected Behavior

HUD visible with the option enabled, as in v2.3.274.
