+1. 对齐 paddle.amp.GradScaler，需要对齐参数顺序、参数名称、参数的默认值和调用路径。计划先调研新增一个专用装饰器的可行性，不行的话对齐 paddle.cuda.amp.GradScaler。同时强化 paconvert 中的测试。
+2. 本地测试 paddle.addcmul，精简 unit test.
