include fluid-kinetic class notebooks to the CI

The kinetic-fluid class will use PHARE even more over the next years and we need to keep class notebooks maintained and in sync with current state of phare.
There are ways (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35471894/can-i-run-jupyter-notebook-cells-in-commandline) to run a notebook from CLI. We should first include a cell that actually runs the simulations (1D) before those which analyze results.

Notebooks are currently in pharehub/fluid so there is the question that they should probably be in the main repo if to be in sync OR adding some CI that pulls phare release on that repo
