Text inside table cell alignment

I want that the text inside the table cell should be horizontally and vertically centrally aligned, is there any way to do that?

Also is there any way by which i can remove off the borders from a table completely?

Also how can i remove top and bottom border from a shape?

Why doesn't this library have some good documentation??
