[Bug]: 下载主题失败, 提示 Error: Request failed, status 403 #19

首先感谢 PKMer 提供这项服务!
问题重现步骤:
登录 PKMer Market, 用它下载一个插件, 正常,
之后切到 "下载主题界面", 在确认自己还有剩余使用次数时, 选一个主题, 点击下载, 报错

过程中, 唯一见到的 Notice 来自 lt.Notice(主题 ${e}安装失败！${i},5e3), 其余几个 Notice 未弹出
个人猜测: 也许与这个 requestUrl(url) 时, 里面含 emoji 或空格有关
最后, 仅剩一次下载次数了, 我把机会给了命名里 "不带空格, 不带 emoji" 的主题, 下载成功!
