Editing Toolbar buttons not working (Velocity theme)

Bug

Editing Toolbar buttons (e.g., bullet list, numbered list, indent/outdent) do not respond when clicked. Toolbar appears, but buttons produce no action and option popups do not show.

Occurs only when using the Velocity theme. Functions normally with other themes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Editing Toolbar plugin.
2. Enable Velocity theme.
3. Open note in edit mode with toolbar visible.
4. Select text and click or hover list buttons.
   → No formatting or menu appears.

Expected Behavior

Hovering should display options; clicking should apply formatting or insert list syntax.

Desktop

• OS: Windows 11
• Obsidian Version: 1.11.7
• Plugin Version: 3.2.7 (Editing Toolbar)
• Theme: Velocity (latest)

Notes

• Plugin reinstall did not fix.
• No console errors.
• Likely theme CSS conflict affecting toolbar interaction or positioning.

Codex built me a workaround CSS snippet that is working:
