Toolbar does not appear in new window, instead appears in main window.

Describe the bug
The toolbar will only appear in the main window of Obsidian (window with the sidebar). If you open two documents in two individual windows and work on the newly opened window, the toolbar appears on the correct height but only in the main window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a document.
2. Open a second document via Right-Click -> Open in new window
3. Select a text passage in this new window

Expected behavior
I expect the toolbar to appear over the text passage that I just highlighted
