[Feature Request] Add unsorted list to the TOC

Thank you for useful plugin

Can you please add the - unsorted list to the TOC?

I know it's NOT a part of the headers' family, but nevertheless they are used even MORE OFTEN than headers, thus I think totally deserve to be in the list

Let's make - unsorted lists GREAT AGAIN 😄
