Work on formatting for HTML output of tables

Per comments in Issue #9 in the Compute-Studio repo, CCC's use of to_html for tabular results should set the class kwarg to some bootstrap class (or perhaps a custom CSS class).

In addition, strings for table titles should perhaps include &nbsp instead of whitespace to create padding.

Current results page:

Need to do the following:

• remove title from plot (since already on page)
• remove index column from table
• make pp change an integer
• indent the financing types appropriately

I would love to see an extra decimal place added to the table. I.e., report 10.1 instead of 10 for both METTR and pp change columns.
