Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Resistance Remastered Controls plugin, either in the GAME section or by GAME ID.
2. Open Resistance Retribution and wait for the main menu to appear. You will see that the message indicating that Plus Mode has been activated does not appear, nor does Infected Mode if you placed the file resistance_infected.bin in the seplugins folder.
3. When starting a new game or loading a saved game, you will see that the controls remain the same as on the normal PSP instead of enabling the use of the right analog stick for the camera.
