I am interested in using your tool to phase PMS2 on the CHM13-T2T genome. Is it possible to have this included in the next release?

Hi @helrick this only requires a change in the config file. You can use pms2_chm13.yaml

Run with -r $chm13_fasta --genome chm13 -c pms2_chm13.yaml
