Current file operations for admin and user feed management require updates to support MinIO as the storage solution.

Describe the solution you'd like
Proposed Solution

1. Enable full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionality for admin and user feed management.
2. Integrate file upload support to handle file creation and deletion.
3. Revise existing mutations and queries to reflect these updates.

Additional context
This update is part of GSoC 2024: Improve file uploads and security.
