Ice/Snow tile

1. Make art for the Ice/Snow tile
2. when the player steps on this tile you should slide until you reach a non ice tile. controls should be locked so they can't move off of it
3. if they player has the claw item then can move on the ice normally.
4. boxes should slide on the ice too
