Expected behavior

To make the totem work

Observed/Actual behavior

I saw that I switched to the totem slot, but it didn't work

Steps/models to reproduce

1. Take obsidian and end crystals
2. Place an end crystal on the obsidian
3. detonate
4. select the totem slot

This is caused by desync, can't be fixed or atleast not by paper.

I have a similar problem with blocks, how can I fix it?

Although there are ways to detect it and setback (think of hypixel), this isn't in the scope of paper. (The issue lays with the vanilla server and client)
