[Icon request] Okteta upsteam icon changed? Papirus icon needs redraw

Description

Looks like Okteta changed its icon from a generic pen-and-paper with binary to a CPU module back in 2018. We need to update the Papirus icon to resemble it.

The current okteta.svg icon looks like this:

Note that it is also the target for the following unrelated symlinks:

• jeex.svg
• org.wxhexeditor.wxHexEditor.svg
• wxHexEditor.svg

We should probably preserve their current look by making them point at a new hex-editor.svg containing the old but generic Okteta icon.

Note that we have prior art in Papirus which will help: the cpu-x icon, which is very much a CPU module:

I would like to preserve some binary digits from the current generic hex editor icon in the new Okteta icon somehow, and maybe find some way of giving the cpu-x icon its upstream penguin at the same time. Perhaps using elements of one of the tux or tuxpuck icons?
