A number of people have indicated a bit of confusion/uncertainty when entering their feedback. Many of them ask me, "How do I know it has been saved/submitted? Will I lose it if I close my browser?" Another user typed something and didn't see that she needed to hit Enter. She then thought you could only enter one piece of feedback per column since she didn't hit enter.
