v0.4.22: UX clarity pass — fix ESC reversal, drop jargon, explain abbreviations

First-time-user audit found a pile of confusing text and one critical
inverted-semantic keybind. Fixes in this pass:

CRITICAL: ESC meaning was reversed during pre-test countdown
  Before: "(ESC = запустить, Q = отмена)" — pressing ESC started the
  test immediately, not skipped it. Every UI convention says ESC = cancel.
  Users pressed ESC expecting "I don't want this test" and instead
  LAUNCHED it.
  Now: [Enter]=start now, [ESC]=skip this test, [Q]=abort run.
  Three return values from countdown() (0/1/2), caller handles skip
  by marking test SKIPPED and continuing the loop.

Header time/pass decoding
  Before: "МАРАФОН п1 0:01/16ч | ост 15:59 | ош:0 | 01:49"
    - "п1" = ?? "ост" = ?? trailing "01:49" had no label.
  Now: "МАРАФОН проход 1 0:01/16ч | осталось 15:59 | ош:0 | прошло 01:49"
  Same for the Tests-N/M header variants: "прошло MM:SS" / "осталось ~MM:SS".

AVX2 status word
  Before: "AVX2 да" / "AVX2 проп" — "да" doesn't say what's enabled.
  Now: "AVX2 вкл" / "AVX2 нет" + "Ядра N/M использовано" instead of "Ядра N/M".

Core panel column header
  Before: "C0 %" — C0 residency is a Linux kernel concept; 95% of
  shop techs have never heard of it.
  Now: "Загрузка" / "Load%" — the actual user-meaningful interpretation.

Verdict text — drop abbreviation + explain heuristic markers
  Before: "Подозр. строка ~0x59C ..." / "Подозр. банк ~bg=3/bank=5 ..."
  Now:    "Возможно битая строка памяти ~0x59C ... (~ = приблиз.,
           точная схема чипсета не публикуется)"
          "Возможно повреждена секция чипа DRAM: банк-группа 3,
           банк 5 — N ошибок в одном банке (~ = приблиз.)"

Address histogram label
  Before: "Распределение: 0-1G:3 · 5-6G:2 ..."  ← format never explained
  Now:    "Карта ошибок по 1-ГБ участкам адресов (диапазон:N ошибок): 0-1G:3 ..."

Focused-card test description (g_h < 900 layout)
  The 14 test names (TRRespass, March-C-, Butterfly, L3 Cache Stress,
  Stride BW, etc.) are jargon. The struct already has desc_ru/desc_en
  fields; now they're displayed dimmed next to the test name in the
  focused-mode big card, so the user sees "TRRespass — 8-сторонний
  Row Hammer + rotation банков" instead of just "TRRespass".

No behaviour changes outside the ESC keybind.
