v0.4.27: About screen rewrite — current info, no marketing snark

The About content was outdated and slightly embarrassing:
  - "ТЕСТЫ (12 шт.)" — actually 14 since L3 Cache Stress + Stride BW added
  - "В ЧЁМ МЫ СИЛЬНЫ" section repeatedly knocked memtest86+ and
    PassMark by name ("memtest86+: naive 2-aggressor", "PassMark
    forum: 'no turbo'") — petty and partly speculation
  - Academic citations ("Frigo et al., USENIX Sec 2020",
    "van de Goor 1997") meaningless to the target shop-tech audience
  - "Готово для AI-анализа (Gemini/GPT/Claude)" — marketing fluff
  - Missing key recent features: Marathon mode, auto-isolation,
    cold/warm boot delta, per-error environmental snapshot

Rewrite is structured as:
  1. WHAT IT IS — what the program is, in one breath
  2. TESTS — all 14, plain-language one-liner each (DDR4/5 Row
     Hammer instead of "8-sided", "memory bus stress" instead of
     "CLFLUSH every line", etc.)
  3. RUN MODES — Quick / Full / MultiPass / Marathon explained
  4. SMART FEATURES — auto-isolation, SPD readout, MCA capture,
     per-error snapshot, cold/warm delta, turbo P-state push.
     Plain bullets, no competitor comparisons.
  5. REPORT — what files end up on USB and what they contain

No more knocking other tools by name. If users want to compare,
the README has the longer-form discussion.
