remove "auto refresh Parallels Desktop" VM list notification

Describe the bug
When one leaves the "Parallels-Desktop" Auto Refresh Tree View enabled, every auto-refresh interval there is a notification displayed that simply says "Refreshing Virtual Machines" (in the lower right of the window.

This notification offers no useful information and is highly distracting, to the point that I've disabled the auto refresh.

To Reproduce
Turn on auto-refresh, and watch the screen.

No notification needed, unless there is an error or warning.

@eengstrom We are working on a real time communication with Parallels Desktop and that will remove that notification and there is no need to enable/disable the auto refresh as we get the changes in real time, but I will attach the ticket to that work so you know when it is deployed
