Nginx subfolder

Could someone share a functional Nginx configuration for serving a subfolder/location like www.site.com/partdb? I find it more complex compared to configuring this with Apache's virtual hosts. Any insights or examples would be appreciated.

This is my conf for working config for Nginx

I have made some progress:
I'm encountering a 404 error on every page except those handled by the RedirectController routes. The problem seems to be related to URL duplication where the "base" URL gets repeated, resulting in errors like:

Error calling /partdb/partdb/en/.

I've checked the routing and configuration, but I can't seem to pinpoint the cause of the duplication issue.

I think you also have to modify the SCRIPT_NAME and REQUEST_URI.

After trying many variants of suggested configs, i tired the suggested solution in the referred gist, but still no success.

There is are no entrties in nginx error log, and the access log shows a GET for /partdb/en. And after some loading the RedirectController reroutes to /partdb/en/partdb/en.
I have tried various variants of env(DEFAULT_URI): xxx/partdb/ in config/parameters.yaml
Also the DEFAULT_URI in .env.local is the same

Cleared the cache and tried rebuilding

I ended up running part-db as a separate ngnix server block and using reverse proxy to access /partdb
