[Feature request] Character threshold for tag generation

Requesting further options for tag generation threshold, mainly character threshold. Here is an example:

That way we can generate tags without character tags if we want to or make it more sensible to characters if it's not picking them up. The image is from https://github.com/kohya-ss/sd-scripts GUI which has this option.

I'll keep that in mind for future releases but at this moment I'm not actively developing the tools since I'm not really working with AI technologies.
