What is the behaviour in-game?

I have figuered out that the Spell Damage that comes from the Implicit ( eg. Prophecy Wand 40% ) is not showing up in the Weight Filters after using "Trade for these Items" in Weapon Slot 1.
Increases and reductions to Spell Damage Also Apply to Attack Damage at 200% of their Value for Kinetic Blast and other Wand Attacks.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

People that will use the Feature " Trade for these Items" for their Main Weapon will buy a wrong weighted Wand.
