Automated testing framework

We don't want to commit to a specific test coverage %, but it would be great to have some test framework in place so that moving forward we catch any regressions. Since we'd like to make Pathagar as easy to setup and load as possible, I suggest we target these areas:
- fetch_ia_item
- addbooks

Feel free to add anything else you think is critical for coverage.
