Phase 3: Automated reporting & visualization

Build the reporting and visualization layer of the validation toolkit, consuming the run_benchmark() pipeline output (metrics data frame, aligned data frame, and plots).

Tasks:

• reuse and standardize the existing benchmark plotting functions (metric_timeseries_plot, metric_scatter_plot, metric_residual_plot, ..) into the pipeline's plot stage rather than building new ones; consolidate the one off plot_time_series into these
• create parameterized Validation_report.qmd template that compiles computed metrics and plots into a HTML/PDF benchmark scorecard
• wrapper function(s) to render the report from a run_benchmark() result
• report temple will be in package inst/ or vignette (?)
