Compute arithmetic Voronoi speed

When computing the Voronoi speed in a measurement area, it is also possible to compute the Voronoi speed with:

where $P_M$ are all pedestrians whose Voronoi cell intersects with the measurement area. This is an feature which was available in JPSreport but is not yet implemented.
