Update to mbed-os 6.5.0 + CMake

I'm wondering if you are planning on updating the mbed-bootloader to mbed-os 6.5.0+ with CMake support? :)

Hi, we will use existing Mbed tools at least for now, no immediate plans to start moving to CMake.
