Images for Perl 5.38.3 and Perl 5.40.1

New patch level releases of Perl 5.38 and Perl 5.40 have been released. I gather that new Docker Images should be released for these new versions.

I think that this can be achieved by editing config.yml and running generate.pl but I haven't tried it yet.

This is perl 5, version 38, subversion 3 (v5.38.3) built for x86_64-linux-gnu

Looks fine.

Out of idle curiosity I checked also the Perl provided by the OS:

docker run rotheross/otobo:rel-11_0_8 /usr/bin/perl -v

This is perl 5, version 36, subversion 0 (v5.36.0) built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi

Yes, but for Debian you should look at other bits, they patch things a little different. And they have released the CVE fix 2 days ago:

You should enable stable-security (which it has by default) and run the apt-get commands yourself while using the docker images.
