Yes, absolutely — go for it. Perry is MIT-licensed, so you're free to publish, distribute, sell, or whatever you want with anything you build on top of it (CLI, library, full app — doesn't matter). No permission needed.

A couple of things you might find useful:

• "Built with Perry" showcase: there's a section in the README for projects built with Perry. Open a PR adding sh1pt and I'll happily merge it.
• Naming: feel free to say "built with Perry" / "powered by PerryTS" in your README and on sh1pt.com. Just don't imply it's an official Perry project (which I doubt you would anyway).
• Feedback welcome: if you hit any rough edges integrating Perry into a CLI specifically, please file an issue — CLI apps are exactly the kind of distribution shape Perry is meant to nail (single static binary, fast startup), so any pain points there are high-priority for me to fix.
