Unable to Export HQMF XML file, at least for phenotypes originating from PheKB #15
Description
When attempting to Export HQMF XML file, at least for a phenotype algorithm created from within PheKB, the following error message is received & an XML file is not generated:
Exporting Phenotype
We were unable to create your export.
There was an error when trying to generate the HQMF (XML) export for you. It's possible that this was just a temporary error, and you may want to try again.
If the problem continues, please let us know so that we may investigate.
