New dashboard & monitor released

A new dashboard and monitor have been released.

You can now view real-time statistics of the CPU & RAM usage of the elemental services, plus you can view the logs from the services in colour - plus you can now download them.

The logging system also supports log rotation when the logs get too large.

Uptime details for the services is available on the dashboard as well.
