Hard fail when an entry in an MGF has an unrecognized adduct that then leads to dummy formula/mass, leading to `ZeroDivisionError: division by zero`

Hi @Philipbear,

Thank you very much for your super cool program!

I just used it extensively on a variety of spectra and when an MGF contains admitedly weid unrecognized adduct types, the whole job fails because of a ZeroDivisionError: division by zero.

Ideally, these cases should just be skipped?

Thanks for raising this issue. Would you mind sharing the mgf that fails? (just 2-3 spectra is fine).

If it is indeed adduct recognition that fails the job, I would skip these spectra while loading the mgf. Thanks.

Sorry, I did not investigate much further the faulty lines as it seems easily fixed in #7.

I will have to do a divide and conquer over roughly 10k spectra, and will keep you posted
