Hello, I was wondering about the following:

  1. Is the "Phishing Database" URL engine on VirusTotal the same as this repository?
  2. If so, I've seen some of the domains listed in this repository be marked clean by "Phishing Database" on VirusTotal, how is it decided which parts of this repository get published to VirusTotal as Phishing detections?
  3. why is this list not present in any of the final "output" lists?
