Enable live user debugging from multiple channels

Idea is to enable user debugging by via in app settings or otherwise, to

• Render what has been received from Network
• Render what has been sent for processing of GVR (pre/post reproj)
• [-] Render what has been processed by GVR (this is obvious)

Possible benefits

• Black screen issues, look normal in log, but hard to diagnose at what level they are occurring
• Overall debugging if respective optimizations are enabled
