Move the option to rename cameras to the cameras tab

Editing camera names on the pipeline tab doesn't make much sense to me, it should instead be moved to the cameras/Camera Settings tab and the option should be removed from the pipeline view.

I think an argument can be made either way about where you should change camera nicknames

Imo this is similar to #850. I think it would be better to move to making these settings consistent across pipelines.
