Add Spices Repository

What

PhpBURN Spices is a easy-way to install plugins ( spices ) into PhpBURN just like apt-get it should be able to install spices by only typing a command using PhpBURN framework.

How

We will create a folder inside the framework and a new structure inside the application that allow us to load this spices easly every time we want in every application we need without needed to reinstall it over and over again.

Spices versions MUST be retroactive compatible so we can aprove, it means the UNIT tests must be written incrementaly never changing old tests (unless they are wrong) and always adding new tests for new versions. We will discuss more detailed this structure.
