Severity: Medium | Area: tooling | Evidence: backend parses Soroban events; contracts emit events with broken serialization (W2-C-002..022); no shared ABI/schema or CI check
Impact: Backend event handling will silently break when contracts change. Fix: Introduce a shared event-schema JSON + CI diff. Acceptance: Contract event changes break CI until schema is updated.
