SC-014: acbu_lending_pool has no liquidation mechanism for defaulted loans

LoanData stores
epayment_deadline (set to loan_start_timestamp + 30 days in �orrow()) but it is never read again — not in
epay() or anywhere. No liquidate() function exists. If a borrower never calls
epay, collateral stays locked forever with no path for lender to seize it.
