USX1 - Colander quick deploy #44

Description

@0xsifr

Deploying a full Colander instance currently requires a public-facing IP address and a level of infrastructure expertise that places it out of reach for many potential users. To address this, we will develop a lightweight, self-contained quick-run deployment script allowing practitioners to spin up a local Colander instance with minimal configuration. Our main goal is to make it easier to discover, try, test, contribute and deploy the PTS stack (Colander, Threatr, ...). To achieve this we will rework how those tools are deployed and packaged so that users will have the smallest learning curve possible. We will be as less specific as possible so that users feel comfortable and can focus on the tools rather than how to get things done. We will also offer to users an easy way to deploy the whole stack or only one of the PTS tools (so a user will be able to deploy a Threatr instance without Colander if they wish, as an example). We expect that more people will be able to discover those tools, trying more easily by themselves, and we want to drastically lower the barrier to entry.
