The current PTS documentation, while technically accurate, is oriented toward expert users and assumes familiarity with underlying concepts. Over the extension period, we will restructure the documentation from the ground up, organizing it around concrete use cases and practitioner workflows rather than technical components. Each major use case will receive a dedicated, plain-language guide accessible to non-technical folks for civil society organizations and practitioners. This work builds on findings from the most recent The Engine Room report and reflects feedback consistently raised by community members.
