[FEAT] Add paramerters to WOLF container

Hi there :)

It would be a nice feature that cloudypad can add a possibility to mofify the environment variables for WOLF (for example ports for moonlight) or even to choose the branch of WOLF (stable, wolf-ui, latest etc...)

I know this may cause some issues but it can be rather an optional feature for advanced users.

Hi, thanks for this proposal ! That would indeed be a great idea, either via CLI flag or even better via config file.
