Wrong treeviz.js (or absent index.js) file

As i understand in dist/treeviz.js must be a code of Treeviz class o something. But at this moment there is code of demo page.

In 2v needed code lies in index.js. In 3v index.js in dist absent at all.

Or maybe i do not get something.

P.S.
I use 2v for now, because 3v do not work.
