GPU timing APIs integration #454
Description
use vkCmdBegin/EndTimestampQueries and DX equivalent with RAZIX_BEGIN/END_TIMESTAMP + GPU stats using other query pool, but again when we have tools like NSight and Radeon profiler why even use this? except to get realtime stats idk not a priority at all
