Something went wrong with the PioreactorUI!

I have my pioreactors set up for a local connection, but when I try to load the GUI, I get the below error. Thank you for your help

Can you tell me the following:

1. Is your computer connected to the local-access-point?
2. Are you accessing the UI by IP or hostname? If IP, which one?
