The “Set up authenticator app” button doesn't work

Describe the issue

I want to set up 2FA. To do this, I open the Your Profile webpage and click the Set up authenticator app button under the text “Two-factor authentication. Not enabled.”

Expected behavior: a pop-up opens with a QR code and a text code.

Actual behavior: nothing happens.

I get the same issue. I tried on Chrome and Firefox, on Incognito/Private as well as after disabling extensions, and it still happened, so I went through the Network tab of the browser and saw the error response:

This is the response to POST https://cognito-idp.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/, which gets a 400.

Just tested on my account and clicking the button shows me a 2FA setup section. I was able to set it up and it prompts me to enter a code when I log in if you want to double check it works for you.

I can confirm this is working on my end. I was able to enroll 2FA using the TOTP. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the correct medium to request this, but showing the recovery codes after enrollment would be ideal
