Product is not active

Describe the issue

Same issue as the now closed #628 and #630. I created a new account at https://pirate-weather.apiable.io/products I see "Undefined", and at https://pirate-weather.apiable.io/products/weather-data I see "Product is not active".
Possible cause:I think maybe the email loop might have timed out, by the time I put in the code from my email it pushed me to fill out another signup form again instead of taking me into the app. My account lets me log in but not add the product, and I don't see any way to complete the email loop to check if that was the issue.

In the other two issues it seems like the issue solved itself so it might work now if you try. Either way since this issue seems to reoccur I'll leave it open and ping @alexander0042 to see if he can look into solving this issue.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately I'm unable to do anything on my end but you can try emailing mail@pirateweather.net to have @alexander0042 add a manual subscription to your account.

Hey, sorry about this issue! I've reached out to Apiable to see if they have any ideas (I suspect I need a larger instance for the portal, but could be some sort of memory leak).

In the meantime, I created a new plan on your account. If you log in, you should see a "regenerate credentials" button, and that will show your API key. If that doesn't work, shoot me an email and I'll get it for you ASAP!
